Contrary to popular notion, not all tumors in breasts cause a lump in the area close to the breast. Some types can become apparent with skin changes. Some common changes women can notice in their breasts include dimpling, bulging or puckering of areas surrounding the breast. In addition, the skin can itch and it doesn’t go away easily. Women can notice their breasts becoming oval in shape and at times sticking out more in one particular side. It is best to study your breast from time to time and keep a look on its shape and size as closely as possible.
