1. Appearance Of A Lump In Breast
In the initial stages of breast cancer, tumors are exceptionally small to be felt. That is the common reason why mammograms are advised by doctors to detect the early signs associated with breast cancer. However, as the women gradually reach stage 4, they feel a lump in or near their breast, sometimes under the armpits. It is, in fact, one of the most common first signs of cancerous changes.
The lump can be painless, hard mass with irregular edges that is tender to touch. It may be immovable and feel like being attached to the chest wall. It is imperative to report any new lump you are suspicious about to your doctor.
