Changing weather conditions, too hot or too cold, can cause a migraine attack. It’s not just any change – its extreme change, including barometric pressure and humidity that triggers the headache. It has been found that a sudden change in the temperatures or barometric pressures is what causes a migraine attack. A lot of doctors also recommend taking medication well in advance with the changing seasons.
