Some foods can trigger migraine symptoms as well. Though the identification of such food products is quite difficult, one may get great benefits from avoiding the foods that lead to migraine attacks. One should rule out the possibility of food allergens causing migraines if the attack occurs occasionally.
Some of the most common foods which may trigger a migraine attack include alcohol, chocolates, citrus fruits, nuts, high levels of caffeine, processed meat, and cheese. Delayed meals can also initiate attacks.
